Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading the desktop app, or otherwise using VideoEdit MCP, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the desktop app and the cloud service for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

You may not (a) use the service to process material you do not have the right to process, (b) reverse-engineer or modify the desktop app, (c) abuse the cloud service, or (d) violate any law.

You retain ownership of all footage and derived data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to operate and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

VideoEdit MCP is paid software. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app.
